Reporting directly to&nbsp;</p><p>the General Manager, the Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a safe, engaging, and efficient&nbsp;</p><p>environment for students, parents, and staff. With responsibilities ranging from team management&nbsp;</p><p>and customer experience to facility oversight and local marketing, this position offers a dynamic&nbsp;</p><p>opportunity to make a lasting impact on your community. If you are excited about giving back to the&nbsp;</p><p>community and making a lasting impact on children&#39;s lives, then SafeSplash is the place for you!&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Operations</strong></p><p>&bull; Operations Support: Assist in instructing, deck management and front desk duties to&nbsp;</p><p>ensure efficient and effective operations.&nbsp;</p><p>o Stepping in as a swimming instructor when necessary, delivering swim lessons that&nbsp;</p><p>follow the SafeSplash&reg; Brands Curriculum.</p><p>o Act as a point of contact for staff and parents during operating hours to resolve&nbsp;</p><p>immediate concerns and inquiries.</p><p>o Monitor pool deck activities and provide feedback to enhance lesson quality and&nbsp;</p><p>student progress.</p><p>&bull; Facilities: Assist in the opening and closing of the facility and ensure proper processes and&nbsp;</p><p>procedures are completed in the interior, exterior, pool and pump room to ensure&nbsp;</p><p>cleanliness, safety and operational standards.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Safety: Promote a safety culture for our team, students, and parents by consistently&nbsp;</p><p>executing the quality assurance and brand standards and responding accordingly.</p><p>&bull; Risk Management: Promote a culture of safety by consistently enforcing safety protocols&nbsp;</p><p>and addressing potential hazards promptly.</p><p><strong>Employee</strong></p><p>&bull; Hiring &amp; Staffing: Assist in interviews, and onboarding to integrate new employees.</p><p>&bull; Training &amp; Development: Assist the General Manager in providing initial training for new&nbsp;</p><p>staff and ongoing education for all team members to enhance their skills and stay current&nbsp;</p><p>with standards.</p><p>&bull; Staff Scheduling: Assist in the scheduling of staff from finding substitutions, adding and&nbsp;</p><p>removing classes and communicating to customers of scheduling changes.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Team Management: Supervise instructors and lifeguards to ensure high-quality lessons&nbsp;</p><p>and adherence to safety and brand standards.</p><p>&bull; Retention-Focused: Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture through teambuilding activities, recognition, and growth opportunities.</p><p>&bull; Culture of Performance: Provide employees with ongoing coaching, feedback, and&nbsp;</p><p>support to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.</p><p>&bull; Direct Reports: This role may have direct reports depending on the location volume.</p><p><strong>Customer</strong></p><p>&bull; Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class experience by addressing customer inquiries,&nbsp;</p><p>ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining high satisfaction scores (NPS).</p><p>&bull; Customer Retention: Execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention,&nbsp;</p><p>including proactive communication with parents about their child&rsquo;s progress.</p><p>&bull; Customer Follow-Up: Respond to customer requests effectively and promptly, as well as&nbsp;</p><p>feedback from social platforms.</p><p><strong>Marketing&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Local Marketing: Assist in local marketing initiatives to promote programs and increase&nbsp;</p><p>community involvement.</p><p>o For example: Organize and attend local events and assist in delivering marketing&nbsp;</p><p>material to local partners.</p><p>&bull; Social Media: Assist with creating and managing social media platforms to engage with&nbsp;</p><p>customers and drive interest in the swim school.</p><p>&bull; Community Relations: Partner with the General Manager to strengthen relationships with&nbsp;</p><p>local businesses and organizations, enhancing community visibility.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Type&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; Full-time&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Pay: Based on experience, location and volume impacts</p><p>&bull; Weekdays, Weeknights and Weekends required</p><p>&bull; 32+ hours a week (seasonality can impact this)</p><p>&bull; Work Location: On-site</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>&bull; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework preferred.</p><p>&bull; Supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics, education, or related field preferred.</p><p>&bull; Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><p>&bull; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being agile and taking initiative</p><p>&bull; Comfortable working around water and interacting with children and parents.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods</p><p>&bull; CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required within 90 days of hire (we provide)</p><p>&bull; Lifeguard certification is preferred</p><p>&bull; Experience in swim instruction is desired&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>#slbspo</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
