Job Type: Per-Diem Shift: Day; 7a-7p Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas: The following job responsibilities will need to be completed by 11:15 a.m. each day. Fill sinks and dishwasher. Clear resident tables. Temp Dishwasher and document temp log. Wash dishes and pans and put away. Take out the trash. Spot sweep the dining rooms. The following job responsibility will need to be completed by 11:50 a.m. each day. Fill resident beverages The following Job responsibilities will need to be completed by end of shift. Fill Coke Machine. Collect any dishes from kitchen/wash and put away (document temp). Help during serving when needed. Buss tables after residents leave. Wash dishes and pans (document temp). Clean counter tops in dish room. Take out the trash in dish room and food prep room. Set tables for dinner. Make sure dining room carpet is clean. Sweep and mop all kitchen areas, bathroom, storage areas and tiles by the refrigerator in the dining room.
