style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own platform features from discovery and specification through design, implementation, rollout, and production operation.</li>\n<li>Understand customer and operational pain points related to infrastructure provisioning, reliability, scalability, observability, deployment workflows, and operational efficiency, and translate them into platform improvements.</li>\n<li>Use AI-first development practices to accelerate research, specification, implementation, testing, documentation, and operational analysis while maintaining a high verification bar.</li>\n<li>Define, track, and improve key platform metrics such as provisioning time, deployment success rate, system reliability, incident frequency, infrastructure utilization, operational cost, and customer impact.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with platform, DevOps, product, support, and customer-facing teams to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions.</li>\n<li>Identify operational bottlenecks, reliability risks, and scaling challenges, and drive long-term solutions from concept to production.<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><span> </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in backend, platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or distributed systems roles.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Strong production experience with Go or comparable backend systems languages.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Experience owning engineering projects end to end, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and iteration.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Strong understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, event-driven architectures, reliability engineering, and operational trade-offs.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Hands-on experience with message brokers or event-streaming technologies such as NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Experience designing, deploying, and operating services in Kubernetes and containerized environments.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Familiarity with infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, or similar technologies.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Experience working with CI/CD systems and developer productivity tooling.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Good understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, alerting, incident management, and production operations.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Strong AI-native engineering workflow, including practical use of coding agents, research agents, debugging assistants, and automation tools to accelerate design, implementation, testing, operations, and documentation while maintaining high standards for correctness and reliability.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Excellent written and verbal
