Market Equipment (www.marketequip.com) is the only company in the Inland Northwest that has your refrigeration needs covered from start to finish specializing in installation, service, and repair of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. We have been in business for 50 years and work with some of the most prominent supermarket and grocery chains in the US covering Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Our company has built its reputation by delivering superior value to its customer/partners and being versatile in the breadth of brands it supports while providing quality installations to its clients’ needs. We continually hire Service Technicians located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Montana. Job duties and responsibilities include: Diagnosing, servicing and repairing of mechanical and electrical components of refrigeration systems as well as all components related to the equipment, including self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems Performing minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment including walk-in drain lines, case drain lines, cooling towers and water-cooled condensers Collaborating directly with grocery store managers and store directors Quoting equipment repairs and recommending replacements when necessary with customers Maintaining proper van stock, tools and safety equipment on work van Inspecting plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems and identifying specifications that are required Performing preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC and Refrigeration Required and Preferred Qualifications: At least 1-3 years of refrigeration and/or commercial HVAC experience highly desired Related education/certification in HVAC and refrigeration industry highly desired Be available for ON CALL work as needed Ability to pass a physical/drug screen/background investigation/ driving abstract as needed EPA Certification desired Benefits: -401k with up to 3% Company Match -Competitive Wages -Company Work Vehicle -Door Step to Door Step Pay -PTO -Paid Holidays -Full Benefits Package including: Medical, Dental, HSA, Life Insurance, Supplemental Insurance, Tool Account -OT Opportunities Market Equipment is an equal opportunity employer.
